She also finds Cryllis and asks him if he knows something, he says yes, but he needs to go back to the forest because the trees call him. Purroy is fulfilling Ewelein's request: a bunch of potions, and the guardian is strange as it's usually Ezarel who takes care of these things.
When you finally find Karenn, she's crying, blood on her hands and seemingly devastated. She says disconnected phrases that don't explain much, but that make it understood that she was the one who saw the attack. While looking for other clues, the guardian finds Floppy, the little Musarose of Valkyon, and decides to take her to him, but she doesn't find him. Going to the Room of Doors, she finds that the brutes who guarded the staircase to the prison are gone, and decides to explore it in search of new clues. There, she finds a large amount of blood, and soon thinks it might be one of the three leaders of the guard. Finally, Erika breaks out of prison and finds Eweleïn who is desperate and has no time for conversation.
